Markus Fothen celebrated the biggest victory in his career yesterday by winning the 5th stage of the Tour de Suisse. The German rider of Team Gerolsteiner was riding the new DURA-ACE 7900 groupset, providing the ideal balance of lightweight, stiffness and performance. Finally out there and already setting new standards in professional cycling.

Fothen used also other high-end SHIMANO components such as DURA-ACE WH-7850 wheels, SH-R300 Custom-Fit shoes, SHIMANO Zenith eyewear and a full carbon PRO Stealth-Evo integrated stem/handlebar combo.

Earlier this week, Oscar Freire (Team Rabobank) won the first stage of the Tour de Suisse, also riding the new DURA-ACE 7900 series.
